Vegas 2008

We also just got back from visiting Shaun, Holly, Kyden and Acacia in Las Vegas.  We had a great time!!  It was the first time we met the babies in person.  They are both precious.  We miss them already.  

We also went to the Hofbrauhaus - a Bavarian restaurant in Vegas.  It was an experience.  Eric competed in a stein holding contest and Holly was in a beer drinking contest.  We had a great time.  Oh, and the food was great, too.

I have videos of Eric and Holly but I'm having a hard time getting them to post.  I'll have to get Eric to help me out.  Stay tuned.

While we were there we also checked out the Hoover Dam and Red Rock Canyon.  They were both amazing!!  We can't wait to go hiking at Red Rock the next time we get out to Vegas.

And, believe it or not, we stayed downtown at the Four Queens and didn't even put $1 in a slot machine. 

It's been a while

Sorry we haven't posted anything for a while.  We've been pretty busy with school.  I'm going to try to keep this up to date now that I have more time because school's out and I have my own Mac :).  

As most of you know, Eric applied to several pharmacy schools last fall and we've been waiting to hear if he's been accepted.  We are very pleased to announce that Eric was accepted to the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy for fall 2008 - GO CATS!!  We are very excited and Eric can't wait to get started.  However, we have a lot of things to do this summer because we'll be moving to Lexington, hopefully, before school starts which is August 18.  Wish us luck!!

2 weeks after bunionectomy

Lindsay went to the podiatrist today and we remembered to bring our camera. Her foot is healing well. She will get the pin out of her second toe next Tuesday.
